![]() Renewed Metaverse Enthusiasm Could be Hugely Beneficial for Roblox Stock ![]() With so much hype and expectation now squeezed out of the stock, I’m inclined to take a more bullish stance on Roblox as we all start talking a bit more about the Metaverse and its longer-term potential. Now that the stock has had over a year to settle, putting a halt to its initial free-fall, I do believe it’s a good time to give the video-gaming play a second look as it settles near the $40 range while most investors overlook the longer-term potential of the Metaverse. At its worst, the stock shed more than 80% of its value. It was a steep sell-off that set the stage for a broader pullback across various high-tech growth companies. I can interact with parts, and even hold a part.Roblox ( NASDAQ:RBLX) stock has been stuck in a funk ever since shares fell in late 2021 and early 2022. I then create two parts for each hand, use an Align Position to position the hands. Then I get the hands CFrame using (game:GetService(“VRService”):GetUserCFrame(). So I create a small ball and make it’s position 5 studs above the HumanoidRootPart with RunService.RenderStepped and make the Camera CFrame match the small ball’s CFrame. But before I do that I need to get the Camera set up. Once I get the rolling ball down I can move to other features like the hands. And I believe Boneworks uses a system similar to this with a rolling ball. I use a formula to get the ball to roll the amount your pushing the joystick as well as the direction you are facing. ![]() I then use a BodyVelocity to roll the ball. I make a unanchored-collidable ball and name it “HumanoidRootPart”. What I do for my game is I use a custom character.
